This policy explains what information Asbaltex BD collects when you browse our website, request a quote or share a tech pack, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
We only collect what is needed to respond to a sourcing enquiry and to run our website.
Contact details you submit: name, company, email, phone, country.
Enquiry content: product type, quantity, target price, delivery window.
Files you upload: tech packs, artwork, spec sheets and measurement charts.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referral source.
Your data is used to prepare costing, arrange sampling, coordinate with audited factories and keep you updated on production.
We send commercial updates only where you have opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Designs, patterns, artwork and specifications you share remain your intellectual property. We share them with a factory only to the extent needed to quote or produce your order, and only with units bound by confidentiality terms.
We are happy to sign your NDA before any file exchange.
We process data on the basis of legitimate business interest (responding to a B2B enquiry), contract performance (executing an order), consent (marketing email) and legal obligation (export, customs and audit records).

Access to enquiry data and tech packs is role-restricted, transfers are encrypted in transit, and accounts use multi-factor authentication. No online transmission is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary personal data.
